Randy Van Dueck

Started in the real estate industry with First American Title Co. in 1985 as a customer service title searcher and soon moved on to become a junior title officer and a sales representative and subdivision builder representative. From 1986 to 1994, Mr. Van Dueck held several positions in the mortgage banking industry that included loan officer for Great Western Bank and sales and branch manager for two other privately held mortgage brokerage companies. In 1994, Mr. Van Dueck started Regency Mortgage Group, a boutique mortgage brokerage and private money group. In 2000, Mr. Van Dueck started Horizon Mortgage Bankers and Horizon Direct escrow and as president of the company, grew the company up to 150 employees and oversaw the funding of as much as $3 billion in loans per year. Since 1986, Mr. Van Dueck has been involved in all aspects of the mortgage brokerage industry, including private money lending, underwriting, title insurance, escrow and servicing. Mr. Van Dueck will serve as the Vice President of Loan Origination and Sales.
